What we collect
When you book a setup call we collect your name, business name, email address and phone number. When your receptionist is live, it records calls and creates transcripts so that you can review them and so that we can improve its answers.
How we use it
We use your details only to set up and run your receptionist, send you call summaries and contact you about your account. We never sell your data or your callers' data.
How we keep it safe
Recordings and transcripts are encrypted and only people on your team can see them. You can ask us to delete any recording, or all of your data, at any time.
Terms of service
Plans are billed monthly after a one-time setup fee. You can cancel any time after the first three months, and your receptionist stops answering at the end of the billing period. We aim for your receptionist to answer every call, but we can't guarantee it will never miss one.
